Special Attention

We secure the property, remove debris, and abate health hazards. We pay special attention to conditions that may create excess fines by cities or counties for being non-compliant due to high weed growth (fire danger) and abandonment (squatters). We dispose of toxic materials (e.g., tires, oil, chemicals, paint, appliances) in compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. All work is documented with digital photos, explanations of the scope of work and a bid to bring the home to saleable condition.
