LANDSCAPING SERVICES

As a part of our Asset Management Services, during our routine inspections, Heritage Circle Realty will mow the lawns to the edge of the property line to a maximum height of two inches with conventional lawn mowing machines. Edge all paved walkways, curbs, and driveways 1/2″ to 2” deep. Use a trimmer to trim around the foundation of all buildings, sheds, bushes, trees, planting beds, sidewalk/driveway, expansion joints, flush with fences and other construction that would normally require trimming.

Maintain hedges, shrubs, and trees and ensure that they are ten inches away from the house and its roof and enabling all windows and doors to be seen from the street.

Thereafter, we will sweep all paved sidewalks, driveways, curbs, patios, and porches. Additionally, we will remove and properly dispose of all litter and trash, rubble, fallen tree branches, and any other objects such as discarded paper products, newspapers, fliers, grass, and wood or material debris.

Lastly we will collect, bag, and properly dispose of all grass clippings on top of the lawns, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, carports, patios, and porches on the same day of mowing. Ensuring that no clippings are blown into adjoining properties, street, or storm/sewer drains.
