REO Sales and Management

We are an industry leader in mitigating loss, reducing resolution timelines and increasing cash flows. We provide you the most viable and efficient solutions in REO investment by identifying industry and economic shifts early and accurately.

Our services are designed to support the financial industry in valuing asset backed trades, completing foreclosure reviews, determining short sale and/or REO listing values and the setting of pre-auction reserve amounts. We are SFR-Short Sales Foreclosure Resource certified.

First-Time Buyer Consultations

Our mission is to foster financial stability through the development of affordable housing, the facilitation of homeownership, access to housing, and the economic empowerment and revitalization of our community.

We provide free and low-cost financial and housing counseling to low- and moderate-income households from throughout the city. Our program meets people where they are, supports them in identifying financial goals, as well as potential obstacles and opportunities, and offers appropriate strategies, services and products to get them where they want to go. Participants work with an Intake Specialist to assess their current financial health and create a personal financial action plan. Check our events calendar for our monthly workshops.
